Scouting and Talent Identification

This service allows baseball coaches to screen large groups of players in a short period of time and identify individuals to be monitored for development, recruiting, or selection purposes.

Through consultation with professional scouts and sport scientists, we have developed a simple battery of field tests to assess core physical abilities needed for high-level baseball performance.  These field tests include measures of foot speed, arm strength, and power potential.

HERE IS HOW OUR BASEBALL SCOUTING SYSTEM WORKS:

• We provide you with instructions on how to set up stations and conduct the tests.  Results are sent to us for processing.

• We compare your players to an extensive database of age-group, high school, college, international, and professional players.
